Tasting Notes
Great intensity on the nose with shades of purple fruit, fruit concentration, perfectly integrated with the wood. In the mouth, it has firm and structured tannins, very soft, sweet, and complex, which we directly relate to the soil composition, rich in carbonates. It has great persistence where typical Gualtallary flavors amalgamate in balance with those contributed by the wood.
