Tutu pays tribute to Miles Davis' famous 1986 album, which in turn pays tribute to the legendary pacifist clergyman Desmond Tutu, who dedicated his life to defending minorities and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. We want our wines to be delicate and transparent, like Miles and Desmond, representing the place where they are born, with their aromas and textures, without additives or embellishments. HI FI is Tutu's high-fidelity experience, where we aim to showcase the precision, purity, and clarity of these unique barrels. These barrels, for various reasons, yielded exceptional wines, representing the pinnacle of varietal expression in calcareous soils. Aged in 400L French oak barrels of varying use for 12 months.
