About the Wine
Our Sparkling Brut Rosé blends Pinot Noir for color and body with Chardonnay for structure and fresh floral notes. Made using the traditional méthode champenoise, it rested on lees for nearly four years before disgorgement in February 2024. Sourced from Lewis Vineyard, a cool-climate site near San Pablo Bay, the grapes benefit from gentle sun and cooling fog, producing beautifully balanced wines year after year.
Tasting Notes
Beautifully sunset-hued, this Pinot Noir-based sparkler exudes elegance as well as richness. Hints of framboise and rose petals are married with brioche on the nose, meeting a lovely depth of fruit on the lush palate, while fresh strawberries and cream laced with delicate pearl bubbles flow seamlessly through to the finish.

Pairing Notes
The 2019 Brut Rosé’s bright acidity and delicate bubbles pair perfectly with seafood like lobster, salmon, and oysters, creamy cheeses, and fresh salads with citrus and goat cheese. It’s also an elegant choice as an aperitif.
