Tasting Notes
Flavors of lemon meringue, white peach, ripe pear, and marmalade flirt with a tiny touch of marzipan on the finish. Aged on neutral French oak with a kiss of lightly-toasted Acacia. The 2023 vintage in Paso Robles was shaped by a winter of historic rainfall, a cool, late-starting spring, and a long, slow ripening season. The result? Smaller yields with beautifully concentrated fruit, lifted aromatics, and vivid natural acidity. A vintage that asked for patience—and rewarded it with balance, energy, and striking varietal character.
