About the Wine
The blend includes Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Ugni Blanc, and Roussanne. Seasons Bio Blanc is produced in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, a UNESCO biosphere reserve. The wine originates from organically farmed vineyards located across varied terroirs: on the north side of the Luberon massif (cooler, late-ripening clay-limestone soils), the southern side (pebbly colluvium and stonier clay-limestone soils), and high-altitude zones up to 500 meters with calcareous marl soils contributing to freshness. Grapes are harvested at night to ensure elegance and delicacy. Fermentation is carried out at low, controlled temperatures between 14–16°C, and the wine is matured on fine lees for added complexity and texture.
Tasting Notes
Visual: Brilliant pale yellow. Nose: Floral and white fruit aromas. Palate: Freshness and minerality merge with citrus notes, leading to a long, lingering finish.
Pairing Notes
Pairs perfectly with mature goat cheese and grilled fish. Serve at 12–14°C.
