About the Wine

This white wine is crafted from Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc grapes grown on clay-limestone hillsides that benefit from particularly sunny conditions. The vines are cultivated using sustainable practices, and harvesting is done entirely by hand. Low yields contribute to notable concentration. The vinification process is split: 50% of the wine is produced using traditional tank methods, while the remaining 50% is aged for five months in oak barrels. From 2023 onward, this cuvée will be certified organic.
