About the Wine
It's a 9-day whole cluster macerated – with lots of treads and punchdowns. It's allspice and clover. It is awesome and exceeded all expectations -- I suppose we shouldn't be surprised since the fruit came in just about perfect from Rodnick Farm just outside Pinnacles.
