Our 8th vintage of this perennial favorite form Luke Miller’s beautiful, biodynamically farmed vineyard in Potter Valley. Raised in large, plastic egg-shaped tanks and bottled as soon as it ferments dry, The Hatchling, is the perfect wine for all your Spring gatherings. Fresh and aromatic with a touch of grassiness and plenty of sass, the wine displays lime blossom, tropical fruit and a bright, high acid finish. Total Additions: 10ppm sulfur 12.5% alcohol Unfined and Unfiltered
