Domaine de Montrose is an eleven-generation family estate in Valros, in the Hérault (Languedoc), producing rosé since 1701 on the slopes of an ancient volcano whose pink almond blossoms gave the domaine its name. Farmed to HVE 3 (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certification, brothers Olivier and Stéphane Coste run the estate today; their rosé is typically led by Grenache, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
