Faire la Fête is produced in Limoux, in the Languedoc — birthplace of the world's oldest sparkling wine tradition, with bottle-fermented wines documented there since 1531, predating Champagne. This Crémant de Limoux is a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir made by the traditional method (méthode traditionnelle) and aged on the lees for 15 months before release.
