Celler la Salada is the natural-wine project of Toni Carbó and Anna Serra, founded in 2011 around the Pla del Penedès in Catalonia, farming organic and biodynamic old vines of native varieties. “El Pagès Content” (“The Happy Farmer”) Orange is a skin-contact blend of Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Sumoll, hand-harvested, foot-crushed and macerated on skins for about two weeks with indigenous-yeast fermentation in concrete, bottled unfiltered and unfined with no added sulfur.
