Kivelstadt Cellars was founded by Jordan Kivelstadt in Sonoma, farming organic vineyards throughout California with a minimalist winemaking approach. “KC Labs” is an experimental side project using techniques like whole-cluster carbonic maceration to produce lighter, fresher, chillable reds.
Tasting Notes
Bright cranberry and raspberry fruit with a touch of bubblegum and candy character from carbonic maceration; light-bodied, peppery and refreshing served with a slight chill.
