Maloof Wines is the project of husband-and-wife team Ross and Bee Maloof at their No Clos Radio estate near Forest Grove in the Willamette Valley, Oregon; the couple left prior careers in 2017 to focus on natural winemaking. “Where Ya PJ's At?” blends organically farmed Pinot Gris fermented on its skins (about 21 days of maceration, roughly 20% via carbonic maceration) with barrel-fermented dry Riesling.
