Naticco's Picpoul de Pinet is planted on red clay soils along the edge of the Bassin de Thau in the Languedoc, made from 100% Picpoul Blanc and sustainably farmed. The fruit is fully destemmed and sorted, a blend of free-run and pneumatic-press juice fermented in stainless steel with cold settling, and given a short aging in bottle before release.
