Weingut Schödl is a family estate in Austria's Weinviertel run by siblings Mathias, Viktoria and Leonhard Schödl, certified biodynamic (Respekt) since 2024 and committed to spontaneous fermentation with minimal sulfur. “Frühstückswein” (“breakfast wine”) is a playful skin-contact blend of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Welschriesling.
Tasting Notes
Light-to-medium bodied, dry, and spritzy with notes of yellow pear, tropical fruit, apple and peach; juicy and refreshing from its light skin maceration.
