About the Wine
Our homage to the white wine we fell in love with and inspired us to open our winery! Rhône blend offers lovely aromas of green tea with a dollop of honey, yellow peach, Asian pear, and white pepper on both the nose and palate. The cooler vintage really enhanced Belle’s saline character. Roussanne’s textbook phenolic profile can be seen on the finish. This is a true Chateauneuf-du-Pape blend to enjoy now or cellar.
