Domaine le Vieux Lavoir, named for the historic wash-house on the estate, is one of two properties (alongside Domaine le Vieux Moulin) farmed by the Roudil-Jouffret family in Tavel, in the southern Rhone Valley -- six generations of winemaking in the Gard. Perle Rose is a pale, delicately effervescent (perle) rose blended from Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Caladoc, grown on the estate at Pujaut, Gard.
Tasting Notes
Pale pink in color, with an aromatic nose of white fruit and citrus; delicate on the palate with citrus and red-berry flavors, good freshness and length.
