Bacchus is the California label of David Gordon, longtime Wine Director of New York's Tribeca Grill, created to offer accessible, well-made California wines. Ginger's Cuvee, named for his daughter, is an unoaked Pinot Noir sourced primarily from Monterey County.
Tasting Notes
Dark ruby color; raspberry, pomegranate, tart cherry and red-flower aromas lead to a supple palate of cranberry and cherry fruit with soft tannins and a touch of spice.
