Clos d'Audhuy is a family estate in Lacapelle-Cabanac, on the western edge of the Cahors appellation, now run by third-generation winemaker Benoit Aymard. Les Polissons ('the rascals') is 100% Malbec from 30-year-old vines on limestone and clay, farmed organically and raised with no oak for a fresh, early-drinking style.
