Domaine de la Prebende farms in the Beaujolais, the southernmost part of Burgundy, on a rare patch of clay-limestone soil in a region otherwise dominated by granite. Imported by Kermit Lynch, it is regarded as one of the appellation's best values, made entirely from Gamay.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby red; wild bramble, cranberry and pomegranate fruit with fresh herbal notes lead to a light, juicy, food-friendly palate with soft tannins.
