Domaine de Fontsainte, farmed by the Bertrand family in the Corbieres hills of the Languedoc, has been imported by Kermit Lynch for over three decades. Gris de Gris is made mostly from Grenache Gris -- a paler-skinned mutation of Grenache -- using a brief saignee maceration for a delicately colored rose.
Tasting Notes
Pale onionskin pink; aromas of white peach, citrus zest and garrigue herbs lead to a crisp, dry, refreshing palate with a clean, saline finish.
