Profile & Story

Zardetto is one of Prosecco's most established producers, founded in 1969 by Pino Zardetto in the hills of Conegliano, Veneto. The estate sources Glera from across the Prosecco DOC zone and ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel using the Charmat (tank) method to lock in the grape's natural aromatics.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. White flowers, green apple and apricot aromas lead to a light, crisp palate with citrus and stone fruit on a refreshing finish.
