Profile & Story
Anna Serra settled in Penedès after twelve years working alongside winemaker Toni Carbó, learning natural, biodynamic and regenerative viticulture before launching her own label in 2020. Euga is 100% Macabeo from an old bush-trained vineyard called "Coscona," planted in 1973 on calcareous clay soils. The wine takes 24 hours of skin contact, then ferments entirely in bottle (pet-nat method) and rests seven months on full lees before disgorgement. 11.5% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Pale, hazy gold pet-nat with fine natural bubbles from bottle fermentation; the calcareous clay soils give a driven, distinctly chalky minerality on the palate.
