Carballal Albariño Sete Cepas 2024

Carballal is a family winery in the Val do Salnes zone of DO Rias Baixas, run by the Vazquez Abal family; father Benito Vazquez was among the first to plant Albarino in the region in the 1970s. Sete Cepas is organically grown and hand-harvested, given a brief skin maceration of about 12 hours, fermented on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, then aged five months on fine lees; unfined and unfiltered.
