From the same Pasaeli estate, this Blanc de Noirs presses the black-skinned Calkarasi grape off its skins to make a white wine, sourced from a single vineyard at roughly 950m elevation in the Cal district of Denizli; fermented in stainless steel with about three months' aging on lees.
