Pasaeli is a family-owned Turkish winery founded by Seyit Karagozoglu in 2000, dedicated to rescuing indigenous Anatolian grape varieties across five vineyard regions from Thrace to Denizli. Seahorse Rose comes from a single high-altitude (about 850m) vineyard in the Cal district of Denizli, where warm days and cool nights preserve acidity; about 1.5 hours of skin contact is followed by stainless-steel fermentation.
