Samuel Parraga founded Bodega Vineron in 2018, working small parcels across his native Malaga and neighboring Granada to express Andalusia's historic winemaking traditions through native grapes, without added sulfur. Rapagon blends Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel (Muscat of Alexandria) -- both grapes traditionally used for sweet wine in this region -- vinified fully dry here. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in neutral barrel; bottled unfined, unfiltered, with no added SO2. 11% ABV.
