Azienda Agricola Schirru was founded in 2015 in Orroli, in the Sarcidano district of central-southern Sardinia, working to recover and replant historic local vineyards using minimally-invasive methods (spontaneous cover crops, only sulfur/copper/clay for pest management). Arkimia Bianco comes from the Senussi bush-trained vineyard in Orroli. Hand-harvested and fermented with 24 hours' skin contact in stainless steel, then aged 11 months on fine lees; unfined and unfiltered.
