Fedellos do Couto, a small quality-focused Galician project reviving traditional viticulture in the Ribeira Sacra. Mencia from old vines on terraced slate, schist and granite; organic, minimal-intervention farming, indigenous-yeast fermentation with partial whole cluster, aged ~6-10 months in neutral oak and stainless steel. 12% alc.

Red cherry, raspberry and wild herbs with a hint of graphite and spice; fresh and vibrant with fine tannins and a mineral finish.
