Champagne Laherte Freres, founded 1889 and directed by Aurelien Laherte since 2005; based in Chavot (Coteaux Sud d'Epernay), farmed organically/biodynamically. Ultradition Extra Brut: 60% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir sourced from seven villages across three subregions; fermented in foudres (20%), tank (20%) and barrel (60%) with lees stirring and partial malolactic; held one year longer en tirage before disgorgement; dosage 4.5 g/L.
