Sohm & Kracher 'Lion' is a collaboration between sommelier Aldo Sohm and winemaker Gerhard Kracher. Gruner Veltliner from southeast-facing parcels in the Pulkautal (Weinviertel) on loam, gravel and limestone; vines 10-25 years old. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, 7-8 months on fine lees; bone dry with minimal SO2.
