Domaine de Triennes, founded 1990 in IGP Mediterranee (the Var, Provence); certified organic since 2014. 'Saint Auguste' blends Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; 12-25 days fermentation/maceration, 12 months in barrels from Domaine Dujac, lightly fined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Deep purple with ruby highlights; harmony and finesse with aromas of ripe dark fruits and spice; rich and concentrated, built to age.
