Weingut Wittmann, a biodynamic family estate in Westhofen, Rheinhessen (est. 1663; Riesling is 65% of plantings). The Estate Riesling Trocken is hand-harvested from estate vineyards around Westhofen, fermented with native yeast and matured in large, neutral oak casks.
