Profile & Story
Château de Laville sits in Capian, in the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux appellation on the right bank of the Garonne, and has been part of the Vignobles Gonfrier family portfolio since 2019. The estate's plateau is planted mainly to Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot, farmed on a well-exposed clayey-gravelly ridge; this cuvée is bottled without added sulfites ("Sans Sulfites").
Tasting Notes
A classic Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux style, with dark tannins and blackcurrant fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon rounded out by the Merlot component.
