Château Saint-Honoré, on the seaside Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation east of Hyères, was the first estate purchased by Louis Fabre and remains especially dear to the Fabre family, who wanted their wines to share this Provençal way of life. The camellia — brought back as bouquets from Saint-Honoré after family visits — became the estate's symbolic flower. This AOP Côtes de Provence La Londe rosé comes from a noble vineyard nestled between hills and sun, offering a typical, intensely aromatic seaside rosé dominated by red fruit.
