Domaine Henri et Gilles Buisson farms just above Saint-Romain, in the Côte de Beaune, entirely under certified organic and biodynamic viticulture. This Bourgogne Rouge is 100% Pinot Noir from vines averaging 30 years old, planted at 400 meters on clay-limestone soil and harvested by hand; the fruit is sourced from parcels in the Saint-Romain heights, declassified village-appellation parcels from the Côte de Beaune, and purchased grapes from other certified-organic domaines.
