Bodegas Arautava is a García family winery in the Orotava Valley on Tenerife, Canary Islands, founded in 1998 and now run by siblings Carlos ("Quique") and Eduardo García. The estate has spent decades reviving the traditional cordón trenzado ("braided cord") vine-training method unique to the island, and sources Listán Blanco — the local name for the Palomino grape — from the noted white-grape district of Los Realejos.
