Profile & Story
Château de Pourcieux sits at the foot of Montagne Sainte-Victoire in Provence, within the more elevated, cooler Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire cru. In 2017 the estate built a new gravity-fed cellar in the middle of the vineyard, combining modern winemaking technology with a commitment to organic, terroir-driven farming. This rosé blends Syrah and Grenache grown on the limestone soils beneath the mountain.
Tasting Notes
Pale, bright pink; fresh aromas of citrus and white flowers with red-berry undertones, and a crisp, mineral-driven, gastronomic Provençal rosé palate.
