Domaine Sautereau has farmed in Crézancy-en-Sancerre for ten generations; the estate is today run by David Sautereau, who farms 22 hectares biodynamically across the villages of Crézancy, Bué and Sancerre, seven kilometers from the town of Sancerre itself.
Tasting Notes
A classic Sancerre — citrus and gooseberry aromatics, chalky minerality and racy acidity typical of the appellation's Sauvignon Blanc.
