Domaine Jean-Louis Tissot, based in Vauxelles (Montigny-lès-Arsures) in the heart of the Arbois AOC, was established in 1976 from vines planted in 1965; the estate's 17 hectares are today tended by siblings Jean-Christophe and Valérie Tissot. Poulsard (also spelled Ploussard) is the Jura's lightest, most translucent red grape.
