Nicolas Croze established his estate in 1994 on family property at the entrance to the Ardèche gorges, and has since expanded the vineyard to roughly 30 hectares with a focus on direct bottle sales. Les 3 Grains is the domaine's fresh, indulgent, fruit-forward cuvée, blending Syrah, Grenache and Marselan.
