Anne Pichon estate (Domaine le Murmurium) is located in Mormoiron, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, and has been run by the Pichon family since 2008 — today by Véronique Pichon and Jeremy Casado, following Marc Pichon's death in 2016. The 15-hectare estate has been certified Organic and Biodynamic since the beginning. Sauvage Viognier is 100% Viognier from a 2.5-hectare plot planted in 2002 on clay soils, direct-pressed and fermented in steel tank.
