Château de la Ragotière is a 14th-century estate near Vallet, in the heart of Muscadet, purchased by the Couillaud brothers in 1979 and farmed today as Les Frères Couillaud. Cuvée Amélie is a single-plot selection grown on Gabbro terroir and aged on its lees for 35 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes
A rounder, textured Muscadet with apricot, mango-stone and lemon-pie aromatics, a creamy, leesy palate, and notes of pastry and almond on the finish.
