Domaine du Somail is a 15-hectare biodynamically farmed estate in the heart of the Minervois (Languedoc), launched in 2013 by Julie, François and Germain. Le Vin de Plume blends Mourvèdre and Syrah grown on the domaine's Minervois terroir.
