Les Rocailles is a Savoie estate on the lower slopes of Mont Granier, owned since 2006 by Guillaume Durand and Alban Thouroude, who took over from founder Pierre Boniface. The Apremont is 100% Jacquère grown on stony clay-limestone soils on south/southeast-facing hillsides.
Tasting Notes
A light, mineral-driven Alpine white with citrus and white-flower aromatics and the crisp, saline freshness typical of Apremont.
