Profile & Story
Mooa Wine is the project of California-based wine importer Jean-Luc Lametrie, made in partnership with Provençal vigneron Pierre Michelland of Domaine de la Réaltière from organically farmed Provence fruit. Pipe Dream is a pétillant naturel rosé, bottled without added sulfites and left to finish its only fermentation in bottle.
Tasting Notes
A pale, playful pét-nat rosé with bright red-berry and citrus fruit, a touch of wild herb, and a soft, natural fizz.
