Celler Credo, in the Penedes (Catalonia), was the first Demeter-certified biodynamic producer in the region. 'Miranius' is 100% Xarel-lo from the estate's own biodynamic vineyards and neighboring biodynamic growers, named for the region's native foxes.
Tasting Notes
Vibrant and saline, with crisp, almost effervescent acidity; ripe white peach, citrus peel, dried thyme, and almond skin on the palate.
