Profile & Story
Domaine de Sulauze is a fully organic and biodynamic estate in Provence run by Guillaume and Karina Lefevre. 'Super Modeste' is a petillant naturel (ancestral-method sparkling wine) made from a 50/50 blend of Rolle (Vermentino) and Ugni Blanc (Trebbiano), bottled before fermentation finishes so the wine keeps its natural CO2.
Tasting Notes
Fresh and zippy with soft, fine bubbles; notes of green apple, apricot, citrus, and white flowers over a light yeasty undertone, finishing crisp and dry.
Pairing Recommendation
Works well as an aperitif, or alongside fresh cheeses and charcuterie.
