Sebastien David is fifteen generations deep in Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, Loire Valley, farming biodynamically and Ecocert-certified. 'Couple Goals' blends 50% Chenin Blanc from Parnay (Saumur) with 50% Chardonnay from Pont-du-Gard, Ardeche. The wine is lightly skin-macerated, fermented with native yeasts in concrete, and aged 6 months in concrete tanks with no fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
Tasting Notes
Aromas of orange citrus, melon, and orchard fruit with a savory, herbal edge; a soft, gently grippy texture from the skin contact, bright acidity, and a touch of spice on the finish.

Good with cheese and charcuterie boards, or lightly spiced dishes that can stand up to its textural grip.
