Thomas Angles farms 5 biodynamic, dry-farmed hectares of 60+ year-old bush vines near Cessenon-sur-Orb, at the edge of the Saint-Chinian appellation in the Languedoc. 'Coeur Grenadine' is a 50/50 co-ferment of Aramon and Grenache, destemmed and macerated for 14 days with native yeasts, aged in stainless steel, bottled unfined and unfiltered.
